Female model looking for introduction to adult mo

Firstly, not sure if this is in the correct section, but please feel free to move if its not.
Evening all, i have been reading and researching into the adult industry for a little while now, mainly with the intention of starting myself.
I have been chatting to a good friend recently and mentioned this to her, and she seemed quite keen to give it a go, although a little apprehensive at first.
She would be keen to do some work, up to bg, and see how things go from there.
Her main concern is being all over the place, and people finding out asap. If she was to keep at it, this wouldnt be a huge concern, but i think for starters she would like a little discretion.
What is the best way to go about it? As far as i'm concerned it is more a need of finding someone with the equipment & expertise to film, although a high quality production would not be needed straight off.
Another concern is rates and the material not getting into the wrong hands. How much could she realistically earn for a first shoot, if anything? And in terms of the material, model release forms would be needed.
Any help would be much appreciated,
