We actually have a big list of UK performers we want to use but in the past the UK pound has put us off and..I have to say we generally get a flakey response from 'some' big name UK models.

Generally I find the UK hardcore models don't average out their working week with hardcore AND softcore shoots, they generally stick to one genre..which is usually why they run out of work and are always skint. Or, reducing their rate the closer to the weekend they get..which is really endearing if you just shot that model at full rates.

I understand softcore models not wanting to cross into hardcore but hardcore models who can't be bothered to get out of bed to still earn more per hour than an NHS nurse always seems bizarre to me.

I suspect a lot of UK models who failed to get decent work in the US did so because they won't spread their rates (no pun intended) like the US models do.

But..recessions have a habit of making folks see sense
