Worth using twollo.com to target people who are taking part in conversations that are porn related.
tweetlater.com is good for autoposts and shooting out automated messages with your site link when people follow you.
socialtoo.com emails you once a day with who has started following you and who has stopped, together with the tweets that caused them to follow/unfollow.
TweetDeck from tweetdeck.com is the dogs bollocks as a great Twitter app. All the main Twitter users use it.
For posting shortened links and tracking clickthroughs etc it's worth using www.tr.im
