Just red bull on its own then. How long ya been on the wagon?? Its a bloody horrible ride on that thing and you can't steer it for shit!

How long? Since Xmas really... But I knew I needed to get in check, after doing a shoot in December... I went to that food place (that we went too) in Exeter... And nearly fell asleep face first in my nachos !
So... I'm taking it one day at a time
