Last minute shoot TOMORROW 27th, location already

Hi All,
I had a shoot booked in tomorrow at 3pm for 2 hours at the Apartment in Erith (pictures below & at http://www.freewebs.com/hazelstephens/a ... ID=4540615 ). Said shoot has been cancelled by the photographer within the last 20 minutes, HOWEVER I have already paid for the location hire in advance so am looking to see if I can get a shoot last minute, rather than loose money on a location im not using.
I am happy to shoot any level up to toys for ?90, this is ?5 per hour less than what I usually charge for up to toys & on top of this you are getting the location for free, how does that sound??
I can possibly make the shoot 30 minutes earlier so 2.30pm to 4.30pm rather than 3pm to 5pm if needed.
Please let me know asap if you are interested as I am online between now & 11.30pm tonight & only back online between 8.30am & 11am tomorrow morning.
