Breasts real v fake PICS

Hey,
I usually pride myself on not touching on the personal but I feel as though I need to express these concerns.
I don't have any (close) female friends in the industry and I really want to discuss this issue with someone!
I am due to have breast augmentation at the end of the month and I have my doubts about it!

a) most photographers/producers/actors/agencies seem to hate the idea of fake breasts
b) there seem to be more cons than pros to the procedure (with one in four women suffering complications)
c)what once seemed as though it could be an investment now doesn't due to the above.
d)expensive considering the tattoos/holidays/equipment that could be purchased for the same amount

Can anyone offer any advice?

you mention tattoo's as something purchased. From my point, if 2 good models asked me for a shoot 1 with fake boobs the other with a tattoo, then depending on the location and size of the tattoo, id 75% shoot the fake boobed girl.

At the end of the day whatever you do to your body you will have to live with for the rest of your life however porn is a notoriously short lived career for a model in the uk.

Personally my belief is there is a market for every type of person and you shouldn't feel that you need to do anything to yourself to sell yourself more effectively. If i were in your position i would get some better photos done (there are plenty of togs that will do time for prints or time for cd) and put a small slice of your money into a portfolio site to market yourself better.

I agree with Sam, you've got stunning facial features and a very good figure; if I were you I'd exploit those first.

Yes tattoos do lower the versatility of a model its true but due to the 'suicide girls effect' it seems they are becoming more acceptable, and if what Sam believes is true (there's a market for all types of model) then I think I may just swing it.
I'll get on the case with creating a pro portfolio.

Don't get a boob job for any reason other than your own personal wellbeing and self image.Forget about doing it because of industry pressures etc,such a large step should be taken because of YOUR OWN personal preferences,not because of outside influence.
As for tattoos,I'd have to agree with Gi there,tatt's are more likely to limit the work you get than big boobs are.Think long and hard.

As for the tatt's, its a bit late now as I have a fair few on my legs but I think I had already decided that I wouldn't let them creep over the rest of my body!

Columbia, I think you have a killer body the way it is. What Gi says is fairly moot. I am sure that given the choice between two girls who both have tats, one with fake boobs and one with smaller real tits, he'd shoot the one with the real tits.

I know I would.
