I think you'll be lucky to find any that are particularly well supplied with new talent here in the UK.
No because there isn't any new talent but simply because the new talent is so few and far between in the UK.
I the States girls will hop on a plane and drag themselves across the country to get to a test-shoot... in the UK few wannabees can be bothered dragging themselves out of bed for a paid shoot. In the States (and all over Europe) half-decent photographers and webmasters are fighting potential models off with bloody sticks!.. not so here. In the last 2 months alone I must have had maybe a dozen girls make arrangements to do a shoot for my new ART website and not one showed up.
Sorry to sound so negative but my experience of the last 6 years trying to get some decent talent on to a new site of my own has met with dismal failure. NOT, I may add, as a result of my supposed inability to attract models or 'tog them well enough but simply because I meet girls every day who have thought modelling before, want to give it a try, eagerly arrange a shoot but then just don't turn up and don't tell me why.
I know that some people have better luck than me but there aren't enough websites like the ones described by you (Paul) to make me thing anything other than this is the general rule in the UK at the moment.
Of course I am not talking about any models here - simply because it you're reading this then you are one of the very few that is actually doing the job.
The rest though... far too thin on the ground to really make anything like a really busy website like FTV (to give just one example).

UK New Talent comes in two types :-

a) One off girls/couples having an adventure. The only people who find those are people who put a lot of time and money into doing so.


b) Girls who want to become well known - and in the Uk that means that as soon as they appear, they work for everyone so after 3-4 months producers are whinging that they aren't new any more.....



There is more of this in the US because the porn biz is very local - so they can advertise in non porn cities and get girls who think that the next step will be a trip to LA, fame, and fortune. It's a bit of a con over there really.

In Eastern Europe there are lots because they are broke and the money is good. In the UK at the moment most of the producers/togs are trying to cut the fees they are willing to pay to silly levels, and wonder why they can't get girls. New girls got 250 for a 3 hours shoot with two BG scenes 10 years ago. Now a lot of people are trying to get girls for 150.

Maybe I'll sell my house (ha ha ha) and use the cash to do it.
No, really - at the moment I don't think there's really the dedication amongst UK girls to do much of anything these days.
We live in a general climate where few young people associate GETTING with DOING. They all want fame and fortune - many want to be glamour models but all but the rare few ever do anything at that might move them toward their goals. Of the potential models I have spoken about here several of them told me they'd modelled already and that they were models already because they had been in magazines like Nuts or Zoo...
One picture (gratis) on page 56 of Zoo apparently constitutes a modeling career these days!
It's all I can do to stop myself from pissing myself with laughter!

I'd have to agree and disagree with you there.
In many ways you're right about the issues but I'd hardly describe myself as a new start-up so the problems must stem from elswhere.
Also, you say that LOADS of 'newbies' post here... not nearly enough to produce a site which would be commercially viable. Please bear in mind the original question from Paul.
Any 'newbie' site must either go toe-to-toe with other catch-all sites (like karups, ATK, FTV, Killergram etc.) and be able to 'punch their weight' as it were. Or must specialize so as to have something else with which to capture their audience. The small, disparate and eclectic group of newbies found here are in such small numbers that to try and specialize within them would result in a catchment group so small as to be unnoticeable.
By this I mean that a milf site would excite the interest of milf lovers but if you gathered your newbies from here alone you'd have how many?
The same would apply to teens, busty-girls, leggy-models etc, etc.
The only other ides might be to have the 'newbies' themselves as an all-encompassing genre... but still I find them too few and too far between to be viable in the UK. And even then you're back with the issue of trading punches with huge sites that already have lots of girls.
As I say, I've wanted to produce a site like this for years but the viability of a regularly updated arty site featuring top-end 'newbies' (with new 'newbies' all the time) is unrealistic no matter how much cash you have.
I don't know that I have an answer - I just know that the problems are real because if they weren't I'd be doing it now.

Not sure it's really about the money Paul. Unless we're talking about different things here.
Take a girl like Emma (a real girl I know).
Tall, blonde, busty blah, blah, blah - has done some work in Nuts or Zoo or something like that. Loves telling everyone she's a model and everyone describes her as 'Emma the model.' I know for a fact that she's done bugger-all with her so-called modelling career and hasn't been near a camera since she sent a picture into Zoo, Nuts, whatever and they published it. I offered her ?100 for 1 hour topless and she refused because she only wanted to work for big names! I kept increasing the figure and eventually gave up at ?500.
This is the real issue in the biz today... wrong attitude mixed with unrealistic ideas about the industry.
Finally (and I'll keep this girl's name private) there was one new model that's been posted here who agreed to work with me several times and kept double-booking and canceling on me at the last minute. She rose quickly but disappeared twice as fast and occasionally I hear that she's looking for work but can't find it. A prime example of the kind of thing I am talking about. Unrealistic understanding of the business. Always crapping on the little-guys because they want to rise to the top as quick as poss.
The fact is that if you want to pay your mortgage from your modelling - the little-guys are the ones you need. We're not the top - we're the BOTTOM! we are the bedrock that underpins the industry and keeps models in the biz with regular work.
But in this country few new girls want to go near you unless you are (QUOTE) "in a position to further [my] career!"

The unrealistic and non serious girls and photographers have always been with us, always will be.

As to models letting people down - if they burn you even once, cut them. Don't waste time trying to get a girl to do something she doesn't really want to do, and you can tell by tone even if the words are lies.
