Outdoor Location needed for Night Strip

Hi folks,
can anyone suggest a reasonably quiet yet safe area of South or West London to take a stills shoot of a night strip? Urban/edgy would be ideal. I don't get out much myself at night [violins sound] and hoped someone could give me a few clues, please.
