I found out yesterday that the vaxination they are giving all the young school girls to stop them getting Cervical cancer is still an option up to 26. I always assumed that because they were targeting younger girls with it, it might be something you needed to be a virgin for or vast amount of sex might change success rate or something. But this is not the case and it also protects against herpiese (although probably not spelled like that) and genital warts. Thought id drop a post up incase anyone else has been as silly as me and assumed along the same lines.

Does this qualifie for promotions forum, as im promoting good health? Incase not can I just add that im a hard b/g model who has diary space and have a rough cut of my new harder show reel which I can mail out on request so you know what I look like in action as it were. OOh I also am able to shoot at the stables where I keep my horse now if you want something a bit different, again mail me for details.

Why the age cut off I don't know, As the potential for HPV infection and disease exists in women up to their 50s women up to that age could also benefit from prophylactic HPV vaccination
Apparently the reasoning behind not giving it to boys is that by vaccinating enough girls, the chances of boys coming into contact with girls carrying either of these strains will be greatly lowered. Over time, the strains will become far less widespread in the population.

There's evidence to suggest the vaccine can have benefits in preventing penile and anal cancer as well, so gay and bi and to a lesser extent straight men could benefit.....If it was offered.
The cost of the course to the NHS is ?240 approx. I would certainly consider talking to a sexual health professional about it even though you maybe outside the NHS criteria for free vaccination

Yes if found early enough it is easily treated but after my treatment i bleed heavy for 11 days, and not only was i not allowed to have sex i wasn't even allowed to use a tampax for 3 months.

This is a serious issue. The subject of cervical cancer has cropped up several times with models I've met recently. Bearing in mind this is a porn forum - let's just say the condition is very rare amongst nuns...

As to blokes - I did hear about this ages ago when it was on the radio and the doctor said words to the effect that "when guys get warts, they spot them very early because they are external, and so get treated fast. Women get them internally and can have them for months, even years if they don't get proper regular checks."

I'm way too old for the jab but my girlfriend isn't. Plus the protection against herpes and venerial warts sounds worth looking into.
