Looking for help

Hi
Im fed up of trying to "break into the biz" there just doesnt seem to be much help for new people staring out, I do very much appreciate all the help and advice you guys have given me as it has come in useful. I was thinking of maybe trying to arrange something myself in the north west get a studio some actors/actress and a camera and were all set, would anyone be looking to help out in the organising sied/ staring in it?
