You need a good reliable stud who could work the girls in such a way like a kid in a candy shop.
I dont know too many guys that can actually do that in the UK. However I am always happy to be proved wrong.
I can see a lot of girls just hanging about didling themselves as the bloke just works one or two and loses wood as he gets confused who to do what with whom.
Not my idea of a reverse gang bang in short.
