Free to a good home...

Hello folks,
first, I realise that this is a very long shot!
Tired of banging my head against the bureaucratic wall, I'm dismantling my studio and going back on the road.
I have a modular stable/barn set to give away. It is 2.5 x 2 x 1.5 metres in stained timber and can be a corner or linear configuration. It would be a shame to scrap it but that is where it is heading.
The downside for some will be the location; its in the north east near Newcastle.
If you are interested or know of anyone who may be give me a shout.
