BGAFD Party??

I remember a few years ago going to a BGAFD party in Brixton, which I thought was good. Was this a one-off or is it a regular event?
I enjoyed that one too!

Yes it was good but seems to have been taken over by the UKAP events as the feeling was that punters and performers/producers dont mix.
Still hope the Ben Dover event is worthwhile on Friday!

I think the BGAFD party worked because fans, models and producers all mixed. I think everybody had a great time with no factions, axes to grind or backstabbing. I certainly didn't have a problem hanging out with, "Fans". After all they pay the bills!
The "Bendover Parties" are different, as they are being held solely in order that people can adore and pay homage to the "Great" man himself. They are not intended for the general good of porn as far as I can see.
On the other hand the BGAFD party had no cause, other than to honour, promote and celebrate the World of Porn in its entirety.
Bring it back we need you!

Yes it was in church ? I was in there attending mass at the time and got a big shock!!

Let's hear it for Jim, and his appreciation for who pays the bills...am personally disappointed to see the old BGAFD party being elbowed out in favour of a trade-only bash, and I bet I'm not alone...it was the best chance most punters had of meeting up with pornstars & producers they rated, but probably was'nt a big enough earner to carry on with, so hey!

Harmony occasionally hold parties at the Penthouse Liecester Square which are open to the public. The 2 that I have been to have been very good.

Yes it did but mainly because of the efforts of the people that orgnaised it but that crowd has changed and the same girls that wouldnt turn up to a public party now are the same ones who wouldnt have turned up then.
The only back stabbing producer I know is you Jim. You couldnt help but let a snide comment in there to play to your audience could you? That must be because you are the onliest nicest producer in the whole world perhaps.

Yes we all appreciate the fans Wigbilly. Its just a shame a lot of the girls who attended that Strictly Broadband party dont seem to think so.
We know because we work with a lot of them. Its a shame too because as far as Im concerned it was a minority ie one or two pissed up fans with wandering hands.
The Ben Dover Party this Friday should be great, I went to the first one and it went very well. Shopuld be a double whammy with Harmony in place as well giving out free dvds and bringing some of the girls from their vids.
