I am torn if I should go to Erotica tomorrow... I forgot it was on this weekend, and now deciding if I should make the last day ???

honestly i was there twice hoping the second time it'd be better. but didn't like it anyway. Looked like a third grade fair to me. may be someone had better experiences there but i personally am not going there again. sorry to spoil the excitement))

Its certainly not what it used to be. I think its gone to commercial with high costs.

Well I remember first year I went it was a bit of a freak show... but apparerlently thats what it was suppose to be lol... everything was aimed at the real fetish end... which we dont do...

I am more looking at finding a few new clothes bits... maybe the odd potential model or two... and some networking... so not sure if being more "commercial" might play to what I need lol

I didnt go myself this year but i met some people on the train last night coming out of London who went and they said they enjoyed it, but they reckoned it wasnt that busy no long ques to get in apparently, i guess the recession is biting !sad!

I always like it but cannot make it this year. Good place to touch base with everyone and see whats going on. Go enjoy.

Because I was down in London on Friday and with having some time to kill before i caught my return train home i went along in the late afternoon.

I must say that the event seemed a lot smaller than the last time i was there 3-4 yrs. ago, with the upstairs gallery not open this time.
Also it did not seem particularly full at the time. It could be that most people would go on either the Saturday or the Sunday.

I must say up to a point i enjoyed the show and had the pleasure of meeting one or two of the models who post on here, in particular Syren Sexton ( What a lovely girl she is. Pity she lives so far up North has i would like to have a shoot with her).

Also had the pleasure of bumping into Jessica P and her friend Lucy who i think were visiting the show and Paige Fox who was working there.

Overall impression.
Unless to you interested in load of clothing stalls i would not bother

A few years ago there was a similar type of show at the NEC which seemed to fall by the wayside.
Does anyone know if there are plans for another.
I did not go myself but some friends of mine said it was excellent and much better than the London show.

Over priced for what it is but if you want to meet people in the industry then well worth it.

Meeting girls in the biz would have been worth the price of admission alone for a keen fan or the curious and the only reason i would go there is to hang and schmooze anyway.

Otherwise it is just a massive sex shop you pay to go in and see a live act or two.

Im not even sure if they have dvds on sale there anymore. Do they?

Lots of booths did have dvd's on sale, but a lot were doing like Buy one for ?10, three for ?20 and 10 for ?50 type stuff. Did notice probably the places making the most money were the bars...lots of people walking around with plasitc pints of beer.

Would be cool for the UK to have a convention were fans could get to meet the stars like AEE. Maybe that's how Erotica was, but I've only been the last year and this so can't comment on that.

Hi all. myself and my gf visited London for the day for the Erotica 09 show. I felt a little let down really. I expected more and the shows they put on were pretty good for what they were. The girls and boys looked pretty good with their fancy costumes and all. We bought some clothing and toys but exausted things after a few hours.

The people that were there made a huge effort to stand out and they did. A few head turners especially the Tvs and a guy with fake boobs. We would go again but would have to be here in the northwest as its not worth the long journey there and back. All in all, our first erotica and enjoyed our day out.
