I don't check Cate Harrington's email. I only host her site and I used to check her email when I first setup the server for her. Also I know she did deal with your problem being that you wanted to pay by cheque.

Matt,
If you have a photo imaging programme on your Mac you should be able to resize your photos via that.
I normally find if you resize to either 35 or 40% of the original it will work everytime using the rgb method to post on here.
