Mmmm! i thought that to, parties can be stressful to organize though..i have done enough of them.

you're right it was a bit harsh
But all the other replies have been to my email with photos and contact numbers
It's hard enough to organise the parties that if people can't do the simplest of things how are they going to cope with actually turning up

True but if they are on here and are looking for work it's a basic requirement
I certainly wouldn't offer work without seeing at least a photo and talking to them
