Am I doing this right RE: So-called offers

I've started refusing to send pictures to people that mail me unsolicited does that sound fair process? I'm sort of enacting a show me yours & I'll show you mine policy.
It's just I don't have many pics(I'm new, 5 scenes & not much released material) & I'm tired of these phantom job offers where 90% of the time it's just a guy after free porn because they like the model I did a shoot with. It sort of insults my intelligence when someone claims to be looking for males but does nothing but ask about female models. Also don't try to pass yourself off as working with someone when you haven't as I will check & there are no "Major" producers that I haven't heard of.
As for the genuine producers out there please get in touch as even if there's not a job offered at least I can actually learn something from you getting in contact & that really helps a new guy out plus your feedback on what I have would be great.

You mean people who E-MAIL you? Mail is something that goes in an envelope. When you mail a photo, it's gone. When you E-MAIL a photo, even if you "don't have many pics", you still have the same number of pics left. And by the time you respond to them refusing to attach a pic, you may as well have attached a pic
What do you care if someone gets one free pic of you performing with a girl? If it was given to you for your own use, it's probably been seen elsewhere also. Or if you do care so much, just get a pic of yourself without a girl in it. That'll spoil their fun
In any case all you need do is have a profile, with pics, on AIR or elsewhere, which you can just point people to...

An unecessarily sardonic reply.
I get glimpses of the "porn family" that looks out for & helps each other but then I receive this type of witt-less response.
I tried getting a profile up, incidentially AIR were the only one to reply, & seem to take me serriously, even then I'm no further forward being listed. So no idea what's going on. Hence I'm on my own asking questions here.
I would've thought in good grace to answer or not at all.

You haven't set up your listing yet.
You need to that then I can add the pics.

Ah sorry Paul. The internet is not my forte :s. I'll give it a go when I have pc to myself thanks. I'm sort of stuck on my phone.
Can I ask are you the same Paul who called me that time? I would've sounded drunk but learnt more in that 30 mins than I had in the previous week, thanks.

Yes, we did all know exactly what he meant, but this kind of sloppy communication (including for example stating that you'd set up an AIR profile, then it turns out you hadn't at all) seems to me a more likely source of failing to get responses and work offers...
So, heartening to see it's not just the girls who do it
BTW me and Kelly H were right about the Iron Lung Kid as well.

It does seem your intention to spread destain & I'm not wishing to engage further with you other than this;
1)Firstly "Mail" given the enviroment we're talking in is generally accepted to mean Electronic email as Post is referred to as "Snail Mail".
2)Paul wasn't having a dig but merely advising me, granted on something I should've asked, so no further snide remark from you was needed. I never suggested I had a AIR profile.
3)It speaks to your fault of character that you would find it "heartening" that "girls" have also been guilty of the same mistake, given I'm sure you're making referance to to incrediably hard working & talented performers that probably have other things pre-occupying their minds.
It speaks to your faults more than anyone else's that you have nothing constructive or intresting to add.

Is 'destain' a new dirt remover or something? I've never looked at a post with such disdain before now.

Lol yes MP3 I'm not sure if "Destain" even counts as malapropism.
I like the pun
