Ok peeps, time for something a bit serious.

I'm going to be running the Race For Life again this year for Cancer Research.

When i took part last year i only set my target at ?100. I was totally overwhelmed when i reached almost ?400 thanks to all you lovely people; my friends, family and "work" mates. !wink!
You all made such a difference and i'm so happy and thankful to every last one of you.

Last year i hadn't lost anybody close to me through cancer.
I was running for all of those who had.

This year i have someone to run for. !glum!

This one's for you Uncle Don, gone but not forgotten. !drink!

So please everybody, help me smash last year's total for this completely worthy cause. I know it's a cliche, but every penny and pound counts.

Definately have my support, my Dad died from cancer when I was 12 & my sister is in remission after chemo theraphy.
Thanks to people like you giving your time to raise money my so people likd my sister benefits & survives. Thank you & very best of luck to you. My sympathies in regards to your uncle.
