Adult CMS and Adult Designers

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me what the best adult-specific CMS is?
Something you can easily use for updating new shoot details, videos (short promo and full), thumbnails etc, for both tour pages and members pages. Preferably a solution that the likes of Verotel or Epoch can plug into.
Not looking for a custom build. Just a CMS that already does the job.
Additionally, which designers have the best reps for adult sites? Would need a logo and templates designing for tour and members area.
