New to Gonzo

Hi there, I am Marco. have been a pro photographer for many years covering from glamour to porn, mailly in asia / australia.
i am now asked to audition a few models for a gonzo production commissioned by a big customer and i have no idea where to start
can anyone please let me know
1. what's the going rate for models
2. are auditions / short sessions customary or would that be just treated as a normal session
3. any model to suggest in / around london
