I might appear to be rude and nosey but if its something I want to know direct I go straight to the people that matter

I'll repeat what I said to to Frank in an email exchange this afternoon.
Killergram is NOT for sale nor have we ever considered selling the brand.
The studio brand "Killergram" is Trademarked Internationally and we are totally committed producing UK only content for our studios Killergram and Pornostatic.

The production side of the company shoots content for a number of other clients internationally including Daring/Scala, in the adult arena. However this does not in any way effect our content production for Killergram, for which we shoot to update our site each and every day. As we have done without fail for the last 3 years and will remain as active as we have always been.
Apparently an American contact of Franks was interested in making a bid.
However I made it clear that, with respect we are not in any way interested in such an approach, regardless of the value of the offer.
We are simply, not for sale.
Hope this clears up any mis-information.

Makes total sense that when I think of an american friend who looked perplexed when hearing a mutual friend put his "ass up for sale"

His confusion was unnderstandable because he misheard that our friend meant he put his house up for sale.
