Studio to Let/Share near North London...

Sadly, due to family commitments and the current economic climate, it looks likely that I will no longer be able to run Studio 3 in the same way that I have for the past 5 and a half years. If anyone is looking for a studio space, I will be happy to sub-let, or I may be interested in a part share.
Featuring a main studio floor of approximately 1000 sq ft, with 2 static sets, and a 16ft infinity curve (suitable for motorcycles), the studio has a good selection of lights (both strobe and constant), light modifiers, backdrops, props and accessories to dress the sets in a variety of styles, including: contemporary bed/living room, classic drawing/bed room, school room, and dungeon. Facilities include a dressing/ make-up room, reception area, two washrooms, shower facilities, kitchen, large prop store, secluded outdoor area, and an office upstairs (presently has 3 desks, but could hold 4 or more).
If anyone is interested in letting (fully furnished/equipped or otherwise) or a part share in a decent size workspace only 17 minutes from Kings Cross by rail and three minutes from the M25/A1M by car, at a very affordable rate, please give me (Jason) a call ASAP on 0771 424 6047.
One final note to all those who regularly use the studio, we will still be available for studio hire till the end of June, and I will be available for stills/video/editing work after that, but you will need to call the above mobile number, as the landline will be terminating soon.
