I certainly do shes a good friend doing a good job and deserves promoting. I dont know about the individual circumstances of the quote that you asked for, there may be a perfectly innocuous reason why you have not received a quote yet and if youve not already done so ill query Elisha on your quote, did you send it via nev@nevamp.com?

Unfortunately, i also asked for a quote after 2-3 emails, then got nothing. Shame as the work she does do, looks fantastic.

Okay Elisha Says she may have been having problems her email as she has replied to all emails shes received. Elisha apologizes and asks if your still interested in web design services you can send the emails again or contact her on MSN or ICQ.
