Hi,

I'm a screenwriter exploring the idea of a television drama set within the world of porn here in the U.K. Obviously, I would like to research information to add an air of realism to this potential project.

Is there anyone out there willing to spend some time answering my questions / showing me the ropes?!!!

There would be no money at this stage but I would love to learn the 'ins and outs' (!) of the profession from some kindly soul. Any takers?

Yes, no problem. Would you be willing to spend some time writing a TV drama screenplay for me which I can then sell? Obviously there would be no money for you at this stage, but I would love to learn the "ins and outs" (!) of making a living selling stuff to TV channels.

To be fair, writers don't usually pay for research interviews because the deal is basically "you spend two hours having fun telling me your war stories, and I listen".

It's when they want unpaid time IN FRONT of the camera for a program they are planning to sell that it get's my goat.
