MILF Required For Ongoing Project

We are looking for the right MILF must be between 35-45. This is a ongoing project, a lot of hours work before project is launched plus a shoot a month when project is active. We would pay good rates for this but as we would be paying you for many hours we would expect this to be taken into consideration when you quote rates.
Also we would need you to do a cam show once per week for this you will recieve 10% of the net turnover of the site plus 50% of anyone who wants to chat private to you etc.
Must be 35-45, have a good body,good personality, done video work before and work up to b/g. Must not be all over net.
We have been in the business over 15 years and our network has over half a million hits per day the site will be profitable from the first week. For the right person this will be a great oppurtunity.
