If they are not porn, could you not use PayPal and set up a shopping basket system?
Not sure if there is any off-the-shelf software for precisely what you want to do, but I have just written a PHP script that does something similar for an online booking system. You could use the return variable array data from PAyPal's " Payment Data Transfer" system to allow access to individual clips.
