Warning Models. Fake Smoking Fetish Photographer

Hi everybody.
I was resently contacted by a photographer who got my email address from the models club forum about solo smoking fetish work in the isle of wight. When I checked out his website I realised that some of the photos he was using were taken from two of the smoking fetish websites that i've worked for.
This was comfirmed when i emailed one of the smoking fetish website photographers. He is now sending the fake photographer who is using his photos a bill for copyright theft and trying to get the website closed down.
I thought i'd see how far the fake photographer would go, he wanted me to do a hotel shoot in the isle of wight, when i asked for references he said he couldnt give me any due to the data protection act, i've never heard that excuse for not being able to provide references before. When I asked him to get some of his models to email me a reference. I got emailed a reference from a fake model. The photographer must have made a fake model email address as this model doesnt exist.
I thought it was shocking have far he was willing to go to get me to do the shoot and I was worried that new models may fall for his act.
