there is a site coming up which has no contract signed by me to use, apparently or according to people going to do it, I cant do anything bout it, well thats wrong, because if that site goes ahead, I am asking anyone thinking of joining it not to, as if it gets members, I will be using the content I have to make a free site ... I would rather give it to guys free, than people make money against my will. I know from my previous site, a contract is needed for websites.

Legal action against a website called samarasands hahahaha, it is not even your own fucking name so what do you want to do now??? Yes if we would use your real name and details you could do something against it but the name samara sands isnt even your real so grow up and try what ever you want, people will only laugh about you especially lawyers.)

I WANT TAKE ALL THIS THREAD TO ADVISE NEW MODELS:

content shares are bullshit, unless you have knowledge and money to sell your own content, dont do them your being used. New girls go to strong, reputable companies who PAY you for your shoots and teach you skills on how to make your own money. websites unless your a well known or own a lot of content are a waste of time, and despite what is written here, they are supposed to come with contracts and be with your will. As I am retired, I would like to say the industry is not all bad, but does need to be handled with care.

Sorry, but I just wanted to ask a question.

Are you saying that you did content share with someone, and signed model releases etc? But that you also have the same content yourself, along with relevant releases, with which you could put up your free site?

Copyright your name and also grab the domain name when it comes up for renewal.

Ok sorry to sound off but they are right you have no claim to the name of the site... if it was your real name you could get it back on the grounds of cyber squating... but as it isnt then you dont have much of a chance...

Also you say you did a content share... what did you think they were going to do with the content, to be frank if we did a content share with someone we would monitize the content however we could... and almost certainly one of them ways would be a site... what did you think they were going to use it for ?

If you did a content share with someone and they are now making a site, they are correct you cant do anything about it, a content share is just that...you both get the content to do what you want with.

Unless you stated that they cant make a site in your name with the content, then they are free to do as they wish. But in truth how much content could they have to keep regular updates, they wont get too many members if they cant update on a regular basis.

However if they have stolen your content to use then you do have a case and can pursue it.

my advice is buy every domain with samarasands on it to prevent them making anymore sites.

We have nothing to hide and we are a company in business for almost 10 years now so we will play open cards here.
We worked with several producers and models and actors worldwide and still do and have upcoming shootings with Uk models as well.

The girl speaking here is a very dangerous girl and in our opinion a bit crazy in the head for sure.

We have signed releases and copy id and std testings from all shot contentshare shooting with this girl. She worked with us, we took her to the USA on our expenses, she could promoted herself there on the AVN and also did but almost nobody was interested to shoot with her.

Now she stopped her career cause of no one booking her and started troubles with many producers from the UK and foreign as well. Started bathmouting everyone and talking lies about everyone.

Now she is trying to stop us using content that we shot togheter on contentshare and all signed for cause she stopped her career and now does not want anybody to release content anymore. So thats the whole issue this girl has. We are not crazy off course and will use all material shot with her cause we did pay all her expenses to, in and from the USA and will not let her get away with just a free holiday.

So everone who might be interested in more about the story just contact our company. Be very carefull with this girl cause she is even that crazy that she makes false emails and she turns the story always in her being the abused and not guilty one!

Advice for you Samara from us, if you really believe to be in your rights in this matter what you definitly not are, than we advice you to talk to your laywer and we will deal with it that way, but you know that you are wrong and that you are lying to everybody here now and in the past and there are enough people as well from the UK who knows us and they know that we are a legimate and thrustworthy company for years.

Also stop emailing us and better think another time before you go into porn that this work can affect your career in the further future, it is not a industry where you say, I am stopping so everybody has to remove my content.

For further people who want to know about this girl please drop us a line, also other producers/models who are affected by her dont let her waist your time and just use the content you have from her.
