Girls Who Can Shoot Their Own Content

I'm mulling over an idea that I have. What I'm looking for is models who can shoot content of themselves. I don't mean using your own photographer/partner etc, but actually taking the pics using the camera yourself, and if you can do the same with a video camera as well even better.
This is strictly 18-30 years old only.
