updated profile; quite a bit of new info

going through my contacts and realised the profile here has not been changed for 12 months; so quite a lot changed since then. Have updated everything now. So anyone trying to contact me for past 4 months was seeing an email address that i have not used for over a year. So now at least i can be contacted.
