I've seen loads of topics here asking for models to work or models asking for work and they all seem very vague.

Often no real description of the work. Very vague descriptions at best.

And never see a pay rate, such as 200 quid a day/scene.

Why?

I suppose that on this site you will have a good idea of what is involved. For example a site called AAAGangBangYYY.com you have a very good idea what the shoot will involve.


However for posters where there is no site etc then It is strange.

On other sites such as Purestorm there is usually a very good description of what is to happen.

Would like o know why as well.

i always use pictures stats fact i have tests can drive dates availbe level i work to i dont state rate purely because thats personal between yourself and the company you are shooting for.

Agreed if the guy has a site with an obvious name. Even then I think it's professional to state exactly what the work is.

And amateur not to state what the money is. Of course if a model is exceptional then she can command a higher price, but those girls are rarely looking for work. IMO.

I agree with you Paul. I think that an advert should spell out exactly what you are looking for and your budget.

I can see Emma's point to about it being personal to the contact between the producer and the model. However you may often get people offering their services for a job to which they are not suited.

I agree with Paul also, even with an obvious web address, everything should be itemised in a way that everyone involved (performer, producer, crew) can clearly see what is expected.

I almost always include the rate I will pay and/or direct models to a rates page of my site. If I don't quote a rate it is because I am expecting and encouraging some negotiation to take place or just that it's a weird shoot with weird requirements and i'm not sure until speaking to the potential model.

I do see many posts up here and other sites, by both producers and models leaving of the most basic of information.

For me to not put in the price hints the producer is looking to get it cheap or the model will work for cheap.

I always put in the price we paid per day. 200 quid, the models could take it or leave it. This was a few years ago in London and I was only doing solo, not that I paid more for girl/girl. If the girl needed more to do it with a girl she should not be doing it. LOL

Use to sometimes book girls for half days, but usually girls I had worked with before and usually to pair up with another girl.

I agree with Emma. I don't think the money should be discussed on an open forum.

The main reason rates wont be mentioned is so they can try and get a deal done. If someone came right out and offered say ?220 for b/g scene many people would very quickly rip thm to shreds however if they e-mail the girl directly and say they have had lots of interest so can they do their best rates or give them some sob story or the as you are new bull shit they can save money - not that im sinical. I know I say this alo u I do feel that every site owner should have a fix rate they offer regardless, we all do the same work at the end of teh day and there are advantages and disadvantages for booking new girls or pros.

Models who advertise as open for work have to be vague or they risk putting a potential employer off, if she mentiones taht she does b/g they may feel there small arty solo shoot would be benith her when in fact she would have loved to have done it. x

And the same people who post them also complain that they emailed girls and didn't get a reply.

If you have work for a girl, you MUST KNOW at least the shoot level, and usually a vague idea of date and location.

"Certed BG shoot for publication, end October, London or Midlands, rates please" is just so much better - remember guys, the timewasters and idiots are vague because they don't know enough - so if you can show that you are real, for gods sake do so.
