Yazmin goes to the doctors complaining of soreness in the ankles and feet. The doc's initial diagnosis is that it is the result of Yaz's 'stripper heels' - a work related injury if you like. Things take a turn for the dubious when he invites Yazmin to strip down to her underwear and he proceeds to examine her feet and prescribes a little toe sucking which he's happy to administer personally.
