For Models - effective booking T&C

Hi,
I put a few notes up - note the comments about US producers visiting UK - how to check them out -, and also nice T&C template to get photographers to email back their agreement to.
The T&C simply lay out reasonable terms and make it clear who will be where, when, payment terms and some strict "don't mess me around at short notice" terms. Any serious booking should have no problem with them.
(FWIW the rare times I book a model for a third party, I make them advance me her entire fee before I will confirm the booking with her. And if they mess around, they loose it ALL!. No one has ever messed around.)
