Someone I shoot scenes for is looking for a RELIABLE web designer to design, help launch and then maintain a website which will operate on both the usual subscription basis as well as a VOD basis. The site will contain full length video scenes as well as picture galleries.
The guy has been let down on several previous occasions by other designers and so is keen to find someone reliable to undertake this. He is based in Southend in Essex and in an ideal world you would be localish.

Designers are good at design, but HATE doing the routine CMS, and are NOT web marketing wizs.

Your friend wants someone who will build him a site with a CMS and affiliation, good SEO etc so that he can do his own content management and updating.

The designer then only gets involved when major upgrades and redesigns needed.

Marketing and promotion is another matter entirely. He needs to do his own, which is probably a matter of trying to recruit affiliates.

Odesk is worth looking at as a source of designers and marketers. They allow adult so long as its flagged as such so as not to upset those who object.
