Phone **** up - need your numbers

Phone broke. I did a copy all numbers to sim card and swapped into new phone when old one went to get fixed.
Turned out card DIDN'T actually retain the numbers. So lost almost all numbers.
Have new phone, new sim, please txt me your name and I can rebuild the address book.
