Advice wanted

First .. sorry to the mods if I have posted this in the wrong place. Please move it if its wrong.

Can I have a bit of advice from the photographers and producers on here about the best way to get into adult photography? Just wanting to know if its even worth trying to launch a site when there are sooo many already out there (and so many been torrented and pirated) or if the best route is making a content profile on adultwork or selling content. Also wanting to know what equipment I need from setup.

I ask because I have always intended to move from the modeling side of the camera to the photographers side but have never had reason to before until now and at the moment I am still undecided on whether or not I will come back to modeling after the baby and to what levels so maybe its time to put my post-modeling plan into action.

Just to add .. I do already know what I want to shoot. Just don't know the best avenue to showcase it.

Thanks for any help and advice received xxx

I don't know anything about pro/cons of setting up your own website, however I am getting pretty expert on how Adultwork works. I've been shooting content for 4 & half years now and perfected getting the content right for AW to maximise traffic and therefore income. I've made a profit from it this year despite paying 30 models to various levels. I've been into photography/videography for years so could give any help I can on equipment/formats etc.
Please have a look at my AW profile and my e-mail is on both here & there if you want to get in touch. Regards, John.

If you are a strong enough model in the industry a members website is vital. The only way to go forward with a solo site is not just 100% exclusive content, its also about interactivity.

The interactivity integrated across our network of solo and multi-girl paysites for the model(s) to user can not be offered anywhere else. which is the way forward.

If you have any queries just email me at

Just to clarify .. I'm not actually looking to launch a membership site featuring myself as the model, as I am no longer modelling. My post was about being on the producer/photography side of the camera rather than looking for a way to showcase pics of myself.

Thanks everyone x
