Hey Guys

I am going to keep you up to date with my training progress for the http://www.donatetobreastcancer.org/kerrylouise event in Ireland. Firstly as so many of you have kindly donated, and secondly to keep me focussed! Its so cold out there and nothing appeals to me more than to stay in my bed and eat hahah!!

So Today and lovely friend Robin called in after work to take me to the tracks to run my 5k... 7pm at Night, Bitterly cold, Rainy and generally not nice. I was glad Robin took me otherwise I would have probably bailed out!! Although the track told me everytime we had reached another 500m thank god!!! Of course we did it, it took us 35 minutes so not bad considering!!! After that was the fun part, I had to go home to have a cold bath in my clothes (I know I know) Of course I video'd this for www.youtube.com/xxxkerrylouise and I swear I lasted 2 seconds hahahhha!!

I am now cosy and warm and cooking Charlie bacon and sausage....

Hey Guys

Woahhh I am literally so busy jeeeez. I have had a million meetings and am still training 3hrs a day and doing a 5k run for Hellweekpt... I ran outside alone today, I got my IPod on and did it in 30mins wooooop... such a beautiful piccy of the sunset aswell although it was pissing freezing!!!
I also treated myself to a pedi as my toes were in need of some TLC so me and Larissa went for a pamper which was really nice... and I am also busy packing as I move house in 2 weeks to my own apartment - Happy days... I am so glad as at the moment I am struggling as my housemate seems to enjoy having people round partying all night until 10am.... not fun for me!!
