Studio in Newcastle(upon Tyne..)

Anyone know an adult-friendly studio(or other location) in Newcastle or nearby in Geordieland as us soft southerners steel ourselves for a pilgrimage up North ?

Studio 5000 - in Sunderland (15mins from Newcastle)
Im sure they shoot adult levels

I'm in Durham and the survival rate of studios up here is not great! Studio5000 in Sunderland do NOT allow adult type shoots.
This one is small but does have a bedroom set. Its in a village near the A1/A690 at Durham.
There's Banana in Newcastle City but I have never been there. I usually have to travel to Yorkshire and beyond.
