I am a Freelance Web Developer from Hertfordshire picking up more work over the next year or so. I have a load of non-adult clients but would like to extend my adult portfolio by producing, hosting & managing a paysite for you for free!
I will take 10% of monthly subscriptions - so a pretty good deal

As explained in my initial post these will be my first "Adult" sites.
You'd be better off just charging for the design. Unless you have very good knowledge of promoting adult sites your 10% each month is going to be pennies.

I agree with you - however I am looking to improve my portfolio of adult work, and therefore the 10% will cover hosting etc, the rest I will be doing for free.
I am also happy to agree a yearly fee, if this suits anybody better. I can also quote Photographers/Producers for very very low rates.
