Top Class Web Designer/Webmaster Required

Seeking a ideally 'freelance' web designer/webmaster who has very very good knowledge of designing, buiilding and running of a top class members website.

This position is to be on a self employed but contracted basis and terms can be disscussed in greater detail as and when we find the right person/s for this.
