How come she lists her levels as: HJ (but no full BG) but then contradicts with, BJ HJ (but no full BG), BG Hard (protected), POV (aka Gonzo) ?

She doesn't; it's the strange way in which the AIR categories are designed. If you're used to the site you won't even notice it. It simply means all the levels listed are offered.
