I used try to keep on top of tube sites stealing my videos from UniqueSexyGirls.com and I wanted them taken down because most of these wankers went to the trouble of deleting/cropping my logo from the clips. Then I hired a DMCA lawyer who worked on the file sharing sites like Filesonic who got most of my stuff removed from .RAR downloads.

Then I notcied that the tube sites were now using my videos with my UniqueSexuGirls.com logo still intact. This is when I said "what the fuck" it's all promotion.

I spend a day surfing and was amazing by how many of my videos (logo intact) had found their way onto various tube site... and I'm not talking a few. Instead of politely asking the files to be removed which is what I do with others such as xHamster, I threatened a couple with a DMCA notice.

One major culprit responded immediately and removed 40 vids immediately. He went as far as giving me the CCBill ID Number of the poster !!!! I checked my CCBILL members ID nos... nothing and checked the affilates.... nothing.

This means the offender has a CCBILL account and is getting paid for stealing, so I emailed CCBILL immediately. We shall see what happens next.

A couple months back I posted a couple clips on Slutload to seethe kind of hits could be generated, so far 856,512 on a 2 min clip

Fuck me... how much money are we poor webmasters loosing?

Losing shitloads, and it won't change now with the tubes & torrents etc. The golden days of making money with paysites have pretty much gone.
It's still possible if you do niche stuff or if you are able to police your content by having someone constantly sending out DMCA's, but still a lot harder to be successfull than it was 5+ years back.
