Stables wanted.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a nice, dry stables that one can shoot in undisturbed? Ideally with a nice horse inside, although he wont be part of the show! lol Even better the stables were on private land so it would be possible to get an outside, establishing, wide shot.
Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am also wondering about anyone with a gym and a locker area. I'm ONLY interested in the locker area however. It needs to be reasonably large.
