Hmmm site design and video editing are two different skill bases... of course that's not to say you cant find one person who can do both...

But we use one person for site design and another for video editing...

What you want is a CMS based system so that YOU do all the updates and they get paid for tech support and upgrades as needed.

Paying your webmaster to look after your content is usually expensive and often ends in tears, (esp if they underpriced and are now focussing on better paid work).

The guy we use for our video work is called Brian, he's from Liverpool, even though he seems to bounce between the UK and Prague...

Alas our designer as just left us for a mainstream job... what kind of site is it your looking for, we know 1 or 2 other peeps who might be able to help you with it...

Not sure where you get that Paul... he's asked about a web designer... not a web master... am I missing something, not sure where CMS is mentioned ?
