It's an AITA meeting, tomorrow at 6pm. Facebook event link:

It's for AITA members only - however membership is open to all in the industry, and costs only ?100 a year for a small business (?50 a year for performers).

He outlined the Michael Peacock case. Michael was selling 3 types of "obscene" content: watersports, fisting and heavy BDSM. He was found not guilty on all charges.

This effectively destroys the idea that something can be obscene. The official definition of obscenity is that content can "deprave and corrupt". The jury decided that adults could choose to watch this kind of content without becoming "depraved".

AITA is now looking into ways to challenge the official concept of obscenity. This needs to be an industry-wide effort, as we will need to raise funds for legal fees. If you're interested in getting involved, please join the AITA Facebook group where we'll keep you posted:

Industry wide???

Gasp!

Run fer the hills!!!! Bury our head in the sand....Better still, lets have pointless meaningless fights and blame it on everyone else just to sabotage any kind of order from happening because chaos works best.

No one can see all my shiesty things going on and give away my position that I'm only in this business to get my leg over for free. I dont want to pay for it

Sod all this for the greater good business..I just want a shag

OMG!!! Did i say that aloud???

On a serious note, thanks to AITA for what they have done in facilitating that discussion with Myles Jackman. It was very informative and insightful. I for one would like there to be more support with regards this as Myles said, its one that can easily be beat but no one is willing to stick their head above the parapet or invest in ithe change of legislation.

Myles provided some background which explained that and its something I've suspected all along but as someone quite rightly pointed out at the meeting, why should nayone goout of their way to make the change so that everyone else can benefit out of it with so much as a "thank you"

Too many people are just take take take without a little thought of giving something back to at least make their future in this business a bit better.

It was nice to see the faces that turn out that do actually care about the bsiness (even if its intentions are selfish- its about the support) and see this business as a business and not just a place to see tits and shag fanny, This business is bigger than that,

Well done AITA and every other association trying to make a difference

(dreams ...)
A sponsered fistafon - Angel Long sees how many UK babes she can fist in 1 hour. People sponser Angel ?10 a fisting or whatever. Sell the dvd and bash the BBFC in 1 easy maneuver.

-----------
Reality ...
Usually it goes, send dvd to BBFC, get it rejected and then go for judicial review. Cost about ?1000?
