Hi Guys
If someone has posted this before I apologise.
There appears to be a lot of people who are confused and worried.
I have decided to post these websites for solid information.
It is from the NHS therefore it is based on science.
Please remember that the main risk is not from HIV but from other STI's.
I wish all people well and I am glad this this was a false result and the person is ok.
David

Sorry but part of your "solid" information is not something I can agree with.
While HIV is perhaps not as easy to contract as the clap for example, that doesn't diminish its risk factor. Most would much rather risk the clap or chlamydia than HIV since HIV has lifelong implications no matter how early it's discovered. At least with gonorrhea or chlamydia there's a good chance you can get rid of them and have no permanent complications if both are discovered and treated early.

The chance that a woman will get gonorrhea from a man who has it - 60-80%.
The chance that a man will get gonorrhea from a woman who has it - 20%.
The chance that you'll get syphilis from someone who has it - 30-60%.
The chance that a woman will get HIV from giving an infected man oral - 0.01%.
The chance that a man gets HIV from an infected woman who is giving him oral - 0.005%.
The chance that a woman will get HIV from having vaginal intercourse with an infected man - 0.1%.
The chance that a man will get HIV from having vaginal intercourse with an infected woman - 0.05%.
That's the facts.
This also means that a woman would have to orally pleasure 9,000-16,000 infected men to have the same chance of getting HIV has she has of getting gonorrhea. Which is why most escorts allow OWO after having inspected the man's member for any cuts etc.
A 10% chance of getting HIV from oral would mean that the woman would have to blow 1000 infected men.
2% chance? 200 infected men.
90% chance (which is the chance when you get a blood transfusion from an infected donor)? 23,000 infected men.
Now, I'm not arguing that people shouldn't use certs. But the fact is, the British porn-industry isn't filled with HIV positive performers (and nor is the sex-industry), so the chance of actually getting HIV from giving oral is pretty small.
