I can only speak for myself, but when I am doing b/g I do like to lick the model's ans, and will do so unless it conspicuously smells. Similarly putting finger in their anus. In all my experience, I can say that i have only once or twice encountered a smally ass hole. normally models are VERY clean down there and even inside there.
So, basically, yes, the models do have VERY clean ass holes and the experience is very nice
