Locked out of Adultwork profile

Hey guys and girls,
Not sure if this is the right forum to post my issue within but I wanted to get some feedback from others that this may has happened to.
I opened an account with Adultwork only weeks ago and am already essentially locked out.
Whilst logged in last I tried to change my password, an error occurred and I subsequently logged out so I could try again in the morning. Upon trying to log back in yesterday morning I was told my email account had to be verified by them sending a code to my email address before I could log in. So I clicked the link for the codes and then checked my previously registered email account and no code had arrived. I then thought maybe the address I had tried to register on the account may have been saved before I had logged out, upon checking no verification code had been sent there either. Next I followed the next link on AW telling me to change my email address instead if I hadn't received the codes and found that neither the email address that was originally registered or the address I had attempted to register were recognised by AW at all.
I have emailed them through a couple of links from the FAQ's but keep getting automated messages back telling me to follow the same routes from the login page. I have also emailed the administrator on the AW forum but don't seem to be getting any reply back now.
Has anybody experienced any similar issues with AW login and how did they manage to get the help necessary to gain access to their account again?
