hi all
im back again on the brain pick, i am redoing my members section at the mo but the ftp in the dreamweaver i personally find slow and pants, it keeps me waiting ages when it finally connects, if it connects at all.
which ftp software (freeware) would you guys and gals recommend.

I have used this piece of self explanatory software for years.... Extremely easy to get to grips with and very reliable.

You'll regularly find it on the cover disk of countless computer magazines, rather than having to go through lengthy online downloads.

flashfxp is the one for the professionals

I have used Ispwich's WS_FTP for years. Definitely a good piece of FTP software.

Sorry Watters, most of my contemporaries use the Pro version of WS_FTP but Cute is okay too, it's what you get used to.

karina, use SmartFTP, it's the FTP i use and alot of others use it to. it's a free software and it's very easy to use
