This is a very hard choice as I have to many favorites and only one is allowed to win. (for the girls that have video/DVD released from 2002/2003 my choice was from Michelle Thorne, Cathy Barry, KelleMarie, Chanta Rose & loads more............but.........
My vote goes to Sandie Caine.

its hard to pick just 1 but ill say a tie between sarah beattie and wendy taylor.[really and truely they are all worthy of the title in their own right]
